Prohibited practices & account rules
Scalping rule
Microscalping is allowed within limits: trades under 10 seconds (11-second minimum), worth ≤1 point on NQ or equivalent. On evaluation, exceeding 50% of the target via scalping blocks the funded upgrade; on funded accounts it's deducted from the payout buffer instead of triggering a violation.
AI and bots
Fully automated trading using AI or bots is not permitted — the firm wants to see traders applying their own skills.
Account rolling & flipping
Aggressively purchasing and trading multiple challenge accounts hoping to succeed on just one ("rolling"), or a repeated payout-then-breach cycle ("flipping"), are both prohibited.
Hedging or reverse trading
Can't be conducted using different accounts, multiple users, or within the same challenge.
News trading
Tier 1 news restrictions apply to all funded accounts, but a violation now simply voids the trade rather than triggering a hard breach. Trades must close 2 minutes before a Tier 1 release and can't reopen until 2 minutes after.
Inactivity rule
Standard accounts are terminated after 29 days without a trade. Instant accounts purchased after Nov 23, 2025 need a trade every 7 days.
